If you get stuck with using our app or service, it is easy to get help in Auslan! All you need to do is go to the Contacts list, tap on Customer Support, and simply tap on Live Video Chat to call us!

If you can’t do this, you can go to our website at www.convoaustralia.com/contact and click on Live Chat Online to video call us through your web browser on your computer.

On this web page you can also book a time to meet us through Zoom - just click on the link “Book a Zoom meeting with us”, choose an available time slot, and put in your name and email address. We will send you an invitation with a Zoom link, easy as that!

Or just send an email to gday@convoaustralia.com with your query and best contact details, and we will get back to you, and if it is easier, we will organise a meeting over Zoom to help you.
