Can you use Convo Australia for your work? Yes, you can sign up for a separate account for work using your work email address and EAF Application ID number.
You will receive a username and Convo AU phone number, and you can use this to log into our app on your work computer or mobile phone or tablet. You can use your Convo AU phone number as your work phone number.
If you need assistance with setting up and connecting our app on your computer at work, please contact us and we can provide more information for your IT support team to use to make sure you can use our app at work.
When you use our services in a month, you will receive an invoice at the end of that month. If you have gone over your plan minutes in that month, your invoice will also include an excess minutes charge from that month.
