National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)


Convo Australia offers video remote Auslan interpreting services to people with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plans.
Before you sign up, check your NDIS plan under 'Core Supports' to confirm what is covered and how your funds are managed.
An example of Core Supports
There are three types of fund management:
  • Self-managed: We invoice you directly and you pay and claim from NDIA.
  • Plan-managed: We send the invoice to both you and your plan manager; your plan manager will handle payment, but they may need your approval first.
  • NDIA-managed: We handle your payments and coordinate directly with NDIA. You will not get a copy of your invoices, but you can check what is being charged through the MyGov NDIS participant portal or NDIS app.
You can find your NDIS plan on the MyGov NDIS participant portal, NDIS app, or by contacting your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Please inform us if there are any changes to how your NDIS funds are managed and check your NDIS funds regularly to make sure they are sufficient. Keeping your information up to date helps us provide better service and prevents billing issues.
