Using audio support in noisy environments
When you're in a noisy place—like a café, expo, or family gathering—your interpreter might struggle to hear the hearing person clearly. This feature offers another way to keep the conversation flowing smoothly.

Step 1: Interpreter lets you know they can't hear the hearing person. Tap the “Connect” button at the bottom of your Convo Now screen.


Step 2: A QR code will appear on your screen. Ask the hearing person to scan the QR code using their phone.

Step 3: Once connected, you’ll see a notification at the top of your screen. Your mic and speaker will automatically mute—the interpreter will now hear the hearing person through their device.
