Can I use my NDIS for Convo Australia?

Can you use your NDIS to get a monthly plan with Convo Australia?  Yes, you can use your NDIS plan to sign up for Convo Australia if you are either plan-managed or self-managed.

If you are NDIA-managed and if you want to access Convo Australia services, please contact the NDIS and discuss what options are available to you.

You will receive invoices each month for your Convo Australia plan.  Your monthly plan is prepaid in advance, which means you pay for this month at the start of the month.  If you have gone over your plan minutes in the last month, your invoice will also include an excess minutes charge from last month.
